The World Partnership Walk 2026 campaign is officially underway! Once again, I am stepping forward for a more peaceful, prosperous and equal world for all.

I will be participating with the Bruce Trail Hikers team. We will be trekking nearly 13km on May 29^th, 2026 or 25km over 2 days on May 29^th and 30^th, 2026 before joining the World Partnership Walk in Toronto.

An initiative of the Aga Khan Foundation Canada (AKFC), the World Partnership Walk is Canada’s largest movement dedicated to raising funds and increasing awareness to fight global poverty.

Money raised will support AKFC programs in Africa and Asia to enable families and communities to lift themselves out of poverty through access to quality education, life-saving health services, food security and improved livelihoods.

100% of all funds raised through the World Partnership Walk go directly to AKFC’s international development projects, translating to huge impact on the ground.

The Bruce Trail Hikers team has been hiking on the Bruce Trail to support the World Partnership Walk annually since 2016. To date, we have raised over $400,000.
