We're raising awareness and fundraising for World Partnership Walk
On Sunday, May 31, 2026, thousands of Canadians will join the global fight against poverty and inspire hope by lending a helping hand to millions of people in Africa and Asia. Often working against the odds, these resilient and creative peoples have the opportunity to dramatically improve their quality of life and break the cycle of poverty with the support of sustainable development programs.
The Metro Vancouver World Partnership Walk Team will once again participate in the initiative! We will show our support to the programs and projects undertaken by Aga Khan Foundation Canada (AKFC). We invite friends and family to join us and show visible support for this cause. The day is fun filled and it’s a great opportunity to learn more about the positive impact of sustainable development programming in Africa and Asia.
